On 7th July 2020 the Government announced a new £2 billion scheme called the Green Homes Grant. The Grant gives homeowners and landlords in England vouchers to help cover the cost of home energy efficiency improvements. The scheme is now open for applications until 31 March 2021.
Other schemes are available if you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

If you are WORKING and NOT on BENEFITS the Green Homes Grant is Capped at £5,000 per property and you have to be homeowner or landlord.

If you claim any of the above the Green Homes Grant is Capped at £10,000 and you may also apply for a free boiler under the ECO scheme too.
